Meet Your Coach - Gary White

Gary is an entrepreneur with over 35 years business experience both in Australia and overseas.  In 1986 he established his first company, specializing in car parking safety and security equipment. Over the next 10 years his company became the market leader in Australia, operating out of offices/factories/warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast, with distribution networks throughout the remaining States and regional areas.

In the mid 90’s he started his first international operation in Hong Kong and over the next 10 years he formed a group of 6 companies, all specializing in different facets of car parking equipment, car park safety, car park management, access control and security.

In early 2000, Gary took the manufacturing offshore to China where he set up manufacturing facilities in the Hangzhou province. In 2005 he commenced operations in America with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles and manufacturing based in Illinois. In 2009 he expanded operations into the United Arab Emirates, operating in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman. In 2014 Gary and his family relocated to Dubai and lived there for nearly 5 years.

Gary has amassed a world of experience in all facets of business and is a self-motivated, results-driven, sleeves-up, hands-on person who just gets the job done. He has a long-standing record of initiation and innovation, which has brought continued success.

Gary has advised, assisted and mentored many businesses and business owners over the years, which gave him a lot of personal satisfaction.  Upon his return home to Australia and with his companies in good hands, he had been looking for new challenges that will continue to provide a sense of wellbeing and personal satisfaction by way of helping others and passing on his knowledge and experience. The best way to achieve this, was to take on a more senior business coaching role.

Personal and Family Life

When his not working on his own companies or helping coach other businesses find the success they desire, in his spare time Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 sons and stepdaughter. He loves fishing, and his mighty Richmond Tigers in the AFL.  Gary also spent many years coaching AFL junior and senior football when his sons played and was the President of his local junior and senior football clubs.
